The Scarlet Thread Earrings, made by women who have been rescued from the sex trade in Bangkok, have three parts to them: a heart, a cross and jewels. The heart represents God’s agape love for us. The cross represents the acceptance we receive when we fully acknowledge what God did for us on Calvary. And, the jewel represents our renewal that we find as Jesus takes our old life and makes us beautifully new.
